Where do I park?
We have a free lot right off Tidewater Avenue, with guest spots marked close to the main entrance. Someone on the team in a bright shirt will wave you in and point you to the doors.
What time should I arrive?
Come about ten minutes early so you can park, grab a coffee, and find a seat without feeling rushed. A greeter at the door will help you find your way around.
How does kids check-in work?
Stop by the New Song Kids desk in the lobby about ten minutes before the service. We check your child in with a name tag and hand you a matching claim tag, so pickup is quick and secure.
What should I wear?
Whatever feels like you. You will see everything from hoodies to button-downs. There is no dress code here, so come comfortable.
Will I be put on the spot?
Never. There is no stand-up-and-introduce-yourself moment and no pressure to give or sign up. You are welcome to simply come, sit, and take it in.
